Summit Living
Bob Ferguson
How do you design a website for someone who is the business? Someone whose work spans coaching, wellness, generational legacy, and deep community leadership? That was the question Bob brought to DuckByte—and the beginning of a project that would end up shaping all of us.
A Site So Nice, We Made It Twice: The Bob Project 2.0
Bob first came to us for a site focused on his Applied Intelligence coaching. He loved it so much, he came back for the big one.
When the story behind the site matters more than the pixels…
What do you do when someone brings you their life’s work and says, “I want a website—but it’s not just a website. It’s me”?
If you’re DuckByte, you listen deeper, trace the gold threads, and build something that reflects more than just services—it reflects essence.
Bob isn’t just a Positive Intelligence coach.
Or a Shaklee ambassador.
Or a local legend.
He’s all of the above, wrapped in heart-centered leadership and SPF 50-level positivity.
So when he came to us, he didn’t need a template. He needed a mirror, a megaphone, and just a *little* digital DuckByte magic.
Bob’s Brief (But Not Brief)
He’s a coach.
He’s a Shaklee guy.
He’s been running family-owned businesses for decades.
He’s building up the whole dang community while doing PQ reps in his sleep.
And he asked us:
“How do I say all that in one site… without sounding like a résumé in a blender?”
DuckByte’s Answer:
You ARE the business. Let’s build the site around your way of life.
No cheesy funnels.
No buzzword soup.
Just a genuine, beautifully organized space that says:
“Here’s what’s working for me. If it resonates, let’s chat.”
What Bob Said
“You do it all.”
(We cried. Not gonna lie.)
For the first time, we were handed the whole pie: naming, strategy, messaging, SEO copy, site design, the works. Bob trusted us completely. And that trust created a kind of creative freedom we rarely get in one fell swoop.
He saw something in DuckByte: our ability to reflect back possibilities people don’t even realize are already living in them. To articulate the space between vision and voice.
After we handed the site over to Bob he wrote to us:
Alesia and Paul: I am stunned by the depth of understanding summit.living demonstrates. This total perspective would not have been accessible to me without your reflection back. It is actually increasing my possibility thinking by reading and assimilating. It is a huge and appreciated gift.
— Bob
We’ll never forget that.
The Ripple Effect
Now folks are showing up in our inbox saying:
“Hey, I want a site like Bob’s.”
And honestly? Same.
Because Bob’s site isn’t just a website. It’s a lifestyle portal. A digital duckpond of possibility.
Want One Too?
If your message is bigger than your bio, and your work is more than a title…
Let’s build the kind of site that feels like home.
