In this case, Bob Ferguson provides a guided experience of a parent company’s intellectual property, using many of their toolsets and content onsite. The challenge was to clarify and emphasize the added value of working with Bob, rather than simply connecting to the parent company.

For Bob Ferguson, an expert in Positive Intelligence, his newly revamped website reflects not only his expertise but also his value as a trusted guide and facilitator. From Standard Web Template to Customized Design
DuckByte began by identifying key challenges with the original website. The generic design and unfocussed presentation failed to clearly inform and resonate with Bob’s growth-oriented audience. One major drawback was the handling of PDFs, which were limited to static download links that offered little interactivity. In addition, there was no clear call to action.
The new site addresses these issues with a modern, interactive design. AI-generated visuals now replace generic imagery, reflecting the ambitions of Bob’s target customers and fostering an emotional connection with visitors. . Static PDFs have been upgraded to flipbook-style embeds, offering users an engaging and interactive experience that aligns with the site’s professional tone. Action buttons are strategically placed throughout the site to encourage engagement, guiding users to explore services, schedule sessions, or take actionable steps
Bob’s original site featured a video on the top of the home page which was a bit dizzying for some users, while not adding much meaningful content in the main visual space. Users had to scroll to avoid distraction and access content.
A Seamless Home Page Experience
The new home page serves as a visually compelling and intuitive gateway to the site. DuckByte meticulously aggregated visual elements and web links to ensure every component aligns with Bob’s mission and messaging. The result is a seamless user experience that intuitively guides visitors through the site’s offerings.
One standout feature is the homepage video, created using a combination of creative brainstorming and innovative technology. DuckByte utilized ChatGPT to generate and refine ideas for the video, then brought these concepts to life with SORA, an advanced video creation tool. The video captures themes of growth and guidance, perfectly encapsulating Bob’s unique value proposition.
Updated home page clarifies the focus on Bob Ferguson, while diving quickly into informative content. A new, visually stunning SORA AI-crafted video is placed lower to keep the initial handshake welcoming and balanced.

At the heart of the website is Bob Ferguson himself. His image, professional and welcoming, palced at the top of the page positions him as a trusted resource in Positive Intelligence. Testimonials and interactive features further build trust and showcase the value of working with an expert guide and facilitator. We also provided strategic support by collaborating to develop a comprehensive online system to manage and automate pricing structures, deposits, multiple start dates, email notifications and enrollment limits for each intake. This value-added service enhanced Bob’s ability to meet customer needs effectively while optimizing and streamlining his program management workload.
